His appointment will be subject to the approval of the company's shareholders, in accordance with regulatory requirements. He has also served as India’s Ambassador to the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva, the Kingdom of Spain, and the Russian Federation, with significant expertise in India’s security and defense policies.
