Triwin Pharma S.A DE C.V, Mexico, has acquired approximately 5.5 acres of land. * The land is located at the Municipality of Capulhuac, District of Tenango Del Valle, State of Mexico. * The acquisition is for the purpose of setting up a new manufacturing facility. * In its initial phase, the unit will have the capacity to manufacture Suppositories, Topicals, and other products, with an expected initial capacity of 50 million units per annum. * The facility is targeted to be commissioned during FY 2027. * The investment in land is USD 22,37,000 (₹19.85 crore), and the proposed investment for setting up the manufacturing facility is up to USD 15 million (₹133 crore). * The project will be financed through internal accruals. * The rationale behind this expansion is to enable the company's growth in the Mexican market and to harness incentives for local manufacturing in Mexico.
