Caplin Point Laboratories Limited has announced the appointment of four new directors following shareholder approval via postal ballot on January 31, 2026. Mr. Ashok Partheeban and Mr. Vivek Partheeban have been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors and Vice-Chairmen, both effective from November 5, 2025. Their terms are subject to retirement by rotation. Additionally, Dr. K C John has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, also effective from November 5, 2025. Mrs. Susan Mathew has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, effective January 31, 2026, the date of the postal ballot conclusion. Mrs. Mathew has an extensive background in public administration and has held numerous senior positions in the Government of India and various state governments.
