Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has been informed by its Statutory Auditors, M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, that the firm has converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The firm will now be known as M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants.

Despite the conversion, M S K A & Associates LLP will continue to serve as the Statutory Auditors for Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited and will discharge their obligations for the remaining tenure of their appointment.

This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The disclosure will also be available on the company's website, www.capacite.in.
