Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Great Value Realty Limited for civil and structural works at the Great Value Ekanam Project in Noida. The total contract value, excluding GST, is approximately ₹445 Crore. Mr. Rahul Katyal, Managing Director of Capacit'e, expressed pleasure in welcoming Great Value Realty as a new client and highlighted the trust placed in Capacit'e's engineering expertise and execution capabilities. He emphasized the company's commitment to delivering quality at scale and fostering strong EPC partnerships through collaboration, technical excellence, and a focus on safety, timelines, and sustainability. The company also informed that the trading window for dealing in its securities is currently closed for designated persons due to upcoming financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This order does not constitute a related party transaction as neither the promoters, promoter group, nor any group companies hold any interest in the awarding entity.
