Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is effective from Thursday, 1st January 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025. The specific date for the board meeting to consider these financial results will be intimated separately. In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct, all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders have been advised not to trade in the equity shares of the company during this period.
