Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) has announced a revised public notice regarding the transfer of its Payment Aggregator business.

CAMS Payment Services Private Limited (CAMSPay), a wholly-owned subsidiary, has received a Certificate of Authorisation (CoA) from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to undertake Payment Aggregator business, both online and offline. The CoA was dated December 16, 2025, and received by CAMSPay on December 17, 2025.

Due to administrative convenience, the effective date for the transfer of the Payment Aggregator business from CAMS to CAMSPay has been rescheduled to February 1, 2026, instead of the previously intimated date of January 1, 2026. The notice was published in Business Standard (English & Hindi Editions) and Maalai Murasu (Tamil Edition) on January 16, 2026, and is also available on the company's website.
