Brightcom Group Limited announced significant changes to its leadership team following a Board of Directors meeting held on January 30, 2026. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Ravindra Kondamuri as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective February 1, 2026. Mr. Kondamuri brings over 20 years of extensive experience in finance and commercial leadership across diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, semiconductors, manufacturing, and construction, with a strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management. Additionally, the Board acknowledged the shareholders' prior approval on April 30, 2025, for Mr. S.L. Narayana Raju's appointment as CFO. However, due to existing legal and regulatory constraints, Mr. Raju cannot be appointed as Key Managerial Personnel at this time. To leverage his skills, the Board approved his engagement as Chief Operating Officer (COO) on an advisory basis, also effective February 1, 2026. This advisory role is not designated as a Key Managerial Personnel position and will continue until appropriate legal and regulatory clearances are obtained for a senior executive role or KMP appointment.
