Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has announced changes in its senior management team. Shri Sanjeev Raina, Executive Director I/C (Corporate HSSE), and Ms. Teresa Raju Naidu, Executive Director (Internal Audit), have retired from their services with the company, effective December 31, 2025. Following these retirements, Shri Vivek V Maheshwari, previously Chief General Manager Finance (Internal Audit), has been appointed as the Head - Internal Audit, with effect from January 1, 2026. Shri Maheshwari holds a P.G Diploma in Management from SPJIMR, is an ACA from ICAI, and has a B.Com in Financial Accounting from MCC, Mumbai. He has prior experience in various finance roles including Corporate Treasury, Shared Services, Corporate Finance, and has led finance functions for businesses such as Retail, BPRL, Gas & International Trade.
