Bosch Home Comfort India Limited (formerly Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited) has informed the stock exchanges regarding the resignation of two directors from its Board. Mr. Nobuyuki Tao (DIN 08080705) and Mr. Yoshikazu Ishihara (DIN 07998690) have resigned from their positions. The resignation of Mr. Nobuyuki Tao was effective from the close of business hours on February 28, 2026. Similarly, Mr. Yoshikazu Ishihara's resignation also became effective from the close of business hours on February 28, 2026. These resignations were previously intimated to the stock exchanges on February 4, 2026, and February 6, 2026, respectively. Consequently, both Mr. Tao and Mr. Ishihara are no longer members of the Board of Directors of Bosch Home Comfort India Limited as of February 28, 2026.
