Bosch Home Comfort India Limited (formerly Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited) has announced the resignation of Mr. Yoshikazu Ishihara (DIN 07998690), a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Mr. Ishihara tendered his resignation via email on 6th February 2026, with the cessation effective from the close of business hours on 28th February 2026. The reason cited for his resignation is his retirement from Bosch Home Comfort Group, Japan. Consequently, Mr. Ishihara will also cease to hold the Chairmanship and/or Membership of all Board Committees of which he is a part. The company has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond his retirement. He has expressed his gratitude to the Board for their support during his tenure.
