Borosil Renewables Limited has announced a change in its senior management. Mr. Anoj Kumar Singh, AVP & Plant Head (Bharuch), tendered his resignation on June 20, 2025, citing personal reasons. However, the company has not accepted his resignation due to outstanding amounts recoverable from him related to a loan granted by the company. Borosil Renewables Limited intends to pursue appropriate legal action to recover these dues. The company is submitting this intimation on January 20, 2026, to comply with SEBI Listing Regulations.
