Borosil Renewables Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is in accordance with the "Code of Conduct for Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading" adopted by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be shut for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives starting from January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting convened for the consideration and approval of these financial results.
