Blue Star Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Venkata Rao Ponnada, Executive Director – Projects, Solutions & International, due to personal reasons. Mr. Ponnada tendered his resignation on January 15, 2026, and has requested to be relieved by Saturday, February 28, 2026.

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee, in its meeting held on January 15, 2026, accepted Mr. Ponnada's resignation. Consequently, he will be relieved from his services with the company effective from the close of business hours on February 28, 2026.

Mr. Ponnada has been associated with Blue Star for over 37 years, having joined as a Trainee Engineer in November 1985. His letter of resignation expresses gratitude for the guidance and support received during his tenure.
