BLS E-Services Limited announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on February 05, 2026. The board approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Consolidated net profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, stood at ₹1,522.46 lakhs, while for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, it was ₹5,102.65 lakhs. Standalone net profit for the quarter was ₹405.57 lakhs and ₹1,292.34 lakhs for the nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board also declared a 1st Interim Dividend of 5% (₹0.50 per equity share of face value ₹10) for the financial year 2025-26. Friday, February 13, 2026, has been fixed as the Record Date for this interim dividend payment. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the declaration date, subject to TDS deduction.
