BlackBuck Limited (formerly Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut effective from Thursday, January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. All designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders of the company have been advised not to trade in the company's equity shares during this period.
