The meeting is scheduled to take place in Mumbai on January 8, 2026, starting from 5:00 pm onwards. Discussions during these interactions will be based solely on publicly available information, and no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) is intended to be disclosed. This intimation is provided in compliance with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has also noted that changes to the schedule may occur due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of either the participants or the company.
