Black Box Limited has been informed by its statutory auditors, M/s. M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, that the firm has converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).

This conversion is effective under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The firm will now be known as M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, and will continue its role as an independent member firm of BDO International. The firm is registered under number 105047W/W101187.

Importantly, M S K A & Associates LLP will continue to fulfill its duties as the statutory auditors of Black Box Limited for the remainder of their current appointment tenure. The company has provided this intimation to the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited on January 16, 2026, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
