Biocon Limited has announced the approval of its Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the six-month periods ended September 30, 2025, and September 30, 2024.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as per Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013. The statements, along with the limited review report from statutory auditors M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, were approved by the Board of Directors.

The Interim Financials are now available on the company's website, www.biocon.com. This intimation follows previous announcements regarding the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the respective six-month periods.
