BIL Vyapar Limited (formerly Binani Industries Limited) has announced the closure of its trading window from January 1, 2026. This non-trading period will extend until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board meeting scheduled to consider these financial results. During this closure, designated persons are prohibited from trading in the equity shares of BIL Vyapar Limited. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
