Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced the voting results of its postal ballot, confirming the passing of a special resolution to amend its Articles of Association. The resolution received overwhelming support from shareholders, with 99.9985% of the votes cast in favour. The remote e-voting period for this resolution was open from November 19, 2025, to December 18, 2025. The company secretary, Dr. Yogesh R Chhabra, submitted the results along with the scrutinizer's report, as required by SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The scrutinizer, M/s Agarwal S. & Associates, confirmed that the special resolution was passed with the requisite majority. The process was conducted through remote e-voting, with shareholders casting their votes electronically. The cut-off date for determining eligible voters was November 12, 2025.
