Bharti Hexacom Limited announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) following a Board of Directors meeting held on December 18, 2025. The Board, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of Kathikeyan Velu as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and KMP of the Company. This appointment is effective from January 1, 2026. Concurrently, Akhil Garg, the current CFO and KMP, has tendered his resignation due to an organizational movement within the Bharti Group. Akhil Garg will cease to be the CFO and KMP effective December 31, 2025, at the closure of working hours. Kathikeyan Velu brings over two decades of experience in telecom finance, having served in various roles including B2C controller and currently as Group Financial Controller for Airtel. He holds a Master's in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor's in Engineering, having joined Airtel in 2002. The Board meeting commenced at 15:45 IST and concluded at 16:15 IST on December 18, 2025.
