Bharti Hexacom Limited has announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) in accordance with Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Karthikeyan Velu has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, with his tenure commencing on January 01, 2026.
