Bharti Hexacom Limited announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) following a Board of Directors meeting held on December 18, 2025. The Board, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, approved the appointment of Karthikeyan Velu as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and KMP, effective January 1, 2026. Concurrently, Akhil Garg, the current CFO and KMP, has tendered his resignation due to an organizational movement within the Bharti Group. Akhil Garg will cease to be the CFO and KMP effective December 31, 2025, at the close of working hours. Karthikeyan Velu brings over two decades of experience in telecom finance, having previously held roles such as B2C controller and Group Financial Controller for Airtel. He holds a Master's in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor's in Engineering. The board meeting commenced at 1545 Hrs and concluded at 1615 Hrs on December 18, 2025.
