Bharti Airtel, a leading telecommunications provider, has announced the exclusive launch of "Airtel Cartoon Network Classics" on Airtel Digital TV in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery. This new ad-free channel will feature iconic animated franchises such as Tom and Jerry, The Flintstones, Looney Tunes, Scooby Doo, and Johnny Bravo. The channel is priced at ₹59 per month and will be available on Channel 445 in both English and Hindi. It can be accessed on all Airtel set-top boxes, including connected Xstream and IPTV boxes, as well as non-connected HD and SD boxes. Pushpinder Singh Gujral, DTH-Business Head, Airtel, stated that the channel adds a unique entertainment layer and allows customers to reconnect with iconic stories. Arjun Nohwar, Managing Director, South Asia, Warner Bros. Discovery, highlighted the enduring legacy of Cartoon Network characters and the collaboration's aim to make these stories accessible to Indian audiences in a new format. Customers can activate the channel through their set-top box, a missed call, or the Airtel Thanks app.
