Bharat Seats Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons, Connected Persons, and Insiders. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. The company has made this intimation in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and its own "Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders". The date of the Board meeting to consider these financial results will be intimated in due course.
