The investment is strategically made to meet the requirements under applicable Electricity Laws for the procurement of solar power for the company's Faridabad and Mumbra units. Hexa Energy HR5 Private Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) promoted by Hexa Climate Solutions Private Limited and is engaged in generating, producing, and transmitting electricity through renewable energy sources in India. The acquisition was completed on June 02, 2026, with intimation of allotment received on June 03, 2026. The company has confirmed that Hexa Energy HR5 Private Limited and Hexa Climate Solutions Private Limited are not related to Bharat Gears' promoter, promoter group, or group companies, and the transaction is conducted at arm's length.
