The company has fixed Friday, July 03, 2026, as the record date to determine the entitlement of shareholders for the final dividend. This follows the Board of Directors' recommendation on May 07, 2026, to issue a final dividend of ₹6.50 per equity share, representing 325% on shares with a face value of ₹2 each. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 65th AGM of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. If approved, the payment of the dividend, after deducting applicable taxes, will be made on or after Friday, August 14, 2026.
