Bharat Forge Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Germany-based Agile Robots S.E. to explore a strategic collaboration in AI-driven robotics and intelligent industrial automation.

This partnership aims to leverage Bharat Forge's domain expertise and Agile Robots' intelligent automation solutions to deploy cutting-edge technologies in the automotive, healthcare, and consumer electronics sectors. The collaboration, focused on the civilian industry, will involve co-developing capabilities and offering bespoke solutions for manufacturing, industrial CPG, and logistics, particularly for the Indian and Southeast Asian markets.

Furthermore, the MoU outlines the development and deployment of state-of-the-art vision and AI-based robotic solutions to enable fully autonomous factories. Mr. Amit Kalyani, Vice Chairman and Joint Managing Director of Bharat Forge, expressed excitement about reinforcing the company's ambition to provide advanced automation solutions and drive manufacturing efficiencies in India, which is on a steep growth path.
