Bhagyanagar India Limited has clarified its operational segments, stating that it has ceased operations in the "Copper segment" on a standalone basis effective January 1, 2024. This cessation is due to a slump sale of the copper business to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bhagyanagar Copper Pvt Ltd. The company now operates solely in the Wind Power Segment, with no other reportable segments on a standalone basis.

Consequently, Ind AS 108 "Operating segment" is not applicable to the standalone financial statements. For consolidated financials, the company noted that the reportable segments, other than the Copper segment, constitute less than 10% of the total consolidated revenue. Therefore, segment reporting under the relevant Ind-AS is not required for consolidated financials.
