Bhagiradha Chemicals & Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will remain shut from January 01, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated in due course.
