The registered office will be relocated from its current address at Office No. 1002, 10th Floor, Topiwala Centre, Off S.V. Road, Goregaon (West), Mumbai City, Maharashtra – 400062, to a new location at 17th Floor, Flat No. 1702, 9 Business Bay (Khakhar Property), Off New Link Road, Mindspace, Behind Evershine Mall, Chincholi Bunder, Malad (West), Mumbai – 400064. This relocation will occur within the local limits of Mumbai and is planned to be effective from April 1, 2026.
