BF Utilities Limited held its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, commencing at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting addressed the adoption of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, along with the Board of Directors' reports and Auditors' opinions. The AGM also covered the re-appointment of Mr. A. B. Kalyani as a Director, who retires by rotation, and the appointment of M/s SVD & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, along with fixing their remuneration. The remote e-voting facility was available from December 21, 2025, to December 23, 2025. Members present through VC/OAVM who had not voted remotely were given the opportunity to cast their votes electronically during the AGM. The Chairman, Mr. A.B. Kalyani, presided over the meeting, confirming the requisite quorum and adherence to directives from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. Representatives of the Statutory Auditors and Secretarial Auditors also participated. The Company Secretary read the qualified and adverse opinions from the Audit Report on Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements, respectively, along with management responses. Members who registered as 'Speakers' addressed the meeting and sought clarifications, which were duly provided by the Chairman. The meeting concluded at approximately 11:52 a.m. after a vote of thanks. The results of the e-voting are to be declared by the Company Secretary within two working days upon receipt of the Scrutinizer's Report and will be uploaded on the company's website and NSDL.
