Beta Drugs Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire a 66.09% stake in Nivian Lifesciences Private Limited from its selling shareholders for ₹69.4 Crores. This acquisition values Nivian Lifesciences at ₹105 Crores.

Nivian Lifesciences is a fast-growing branded formulations business in India, focusing on the In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) therapy segment. The IVF market has grown at a CAGR of approximately 20% over the last five years and is projected to continue its growth trajectory, with an estimated market size of ₹1,500 to ₹1,700 Crores. Nivian, founded in 2019, is among the leading and fastest-growing companies in this segment, boasting a strong portfolio of niche products.

For the nine months ended December 2026, Nivian reported net sales of ₹30.30 Crores and is expected to close the financial year ending March 2027 with approximately ₹43 Crores in sales. This strategic acquisition is expected to position Beta Drugs as a market leader in India's women's health and fertility drug market, combining Beta's manufacturing and marketing capabilities with Nivian's established product development and sales expertise.

Nilesh Auti, the founder of Nivian, will continue to lead the marketing and operations at Nivian and will remain invested in the company. The combination aims to leverage Beta's manufacturing strengths and cost leadership to accelerate Nivian's growth in the IVF segment.
