Beta Drugs Limited (Beta) has announced the acquisition of a 66.09% stake in Nivian Lifesciences Private Limited (Nivian) from certain shareholders for ₹69.4 crore. This transaction values Nivian at ₹105 crore.

Nivian is a rapidly growing company in the In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) therapy segment in India, with a focus on branded formulations. The IVF therapy market has demonstrated a CAGR of approximately 20% over the last five years and is projected to maintain this growth momentum, with a total market size estimated between ₹1,500 - 1,700 crore.

Founded in 2019 by Nilesh Auti, Nivian has emerged as a leading company in the IVF segment. For the nine months ended December 2025, Nivian reported net sales of ₹30.30 crore and is expected to achieve approximately ₹43 crore in net sales for the financial year ending March 2026.

This acquisition is a strategic move for Beta, providing a platform to become a market leader in the Indian women's health and fertility drug market. The combined entities aim to leverage Beta's manufacturing and marketing capabilities in complex formulations, including oncology, cosmetology, and IVF.

Mr. Nilesh Auti will continue to lead marketing and operations at Nivian and will remain invested in the company. The synergy between Nivian's product development and marketing expertise and Beta's manufacturing strength is expected to accelerate Nivian's growth and solidify its leadership in the IVF segment.
