Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter that ended on December 31, 2025. This certificate has been received from the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), M/s Integrated Registry Management Services Pvt. Ltd.

The RTA confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the aforementioned quarter were processed. They were either accepted or rejected and subsequently listed on the stock exchanges where BEL's existing securities are traded. The RTA also verified that the certificates received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled after due verification. Following this, the depositories' names were substituted in the register of members as the registered owners within the stipulated 15-day period.
