Bata India Limited has announced its 93rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This intimation is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and follows the MCA General Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 5, 2020, read with MCA General Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025. Copies of the newspaper publications regarding the AGM have been provided to the BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited for their records.
