The Scrutinizer submitted their report on December 18, 2025, confirming that the Special Resolution regarding the auditor appointment was passed by the Members with the requisite majority on December 17, 2025. The e-voting was open from 9:00 a.m. (IST) on November 18, 2025, to 5:00 p.m. (IST) on December 17, 2025. Shareholders as of the cut-off date of November 14, 2025, were eligible to vote.
