Barak Valley Cements Limited (BVCL) has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting where the un-audited financial results for the year and quarter ending December 31, 2025, are approved and filed with the stock exchanges. All connected and designated persons, along with their immediate relatives, are strictly advised not to engage in trading the company's securities during this period. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.
