Bansal Wire Industries Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a significant year-on-year (YoY) growth in its top-line and bottom-line figures.

For the third quarter of FY26, Bansal Wire recorded revenue from operations of ₹10,290.2 crore, an increase of 11.3% compared to the same period last year. EBITDA for the quarter surged by 19.0% YoY to ₹870 crore, and Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 3.8% YoY to ₹432.7 crore.

The nine-month period of FY26 also showcased robust performance, with revenue from operations reaching ₹30,234.3 crore, up 17.8% YoY. EBITDA for the nine months increased by 19.4% YoY to ₹2,430.4 crore, and PAT saw a growth of 6.7% YoY to ₹1,208.7 crore. The company also achieved its highest ever sales volume during this period.

During the quarter, the company made significant progress in its specialty segment with the launch of IHT Wire in October 2025, commencing commercial production and sales ahead of schedule. Bansal Wire remains confident in delivering approximately 35% volume growth and 20% EBITDA growth for the full year. The company also announced plans for further investment of ₹150 crore to set up 90,000 tonnes of steel wire capacity in Sanand, Gujarat, targeting completion by December 2027.
