Bansal Wire Industries Limited has announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a total income from operations of ₹10,309.26 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹9,257.23 crore in the same period last year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the total income stood at ₹35,166.14 crore.

The net profit after tax for the quarter was ₹432.70 crore, a slight decrease from ₹416.78 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, for the nine-month period, the net profit after tax increased to ₹1,453.66 crore from ₹1,251.61 crore in the prior year.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹870.00 crore, up from ₹731.33 crore in the same period last year. The company's equity share capital remained stable at ₹782.78 crore, with reserves (excluding revaluation reserve) at ₹11,907.34 crore as of March 31, 2025.

These results were approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 19, 2026. The company has also published these results in the newspapers 'Financial Express' and 'Jansatta' on January 20, 2026, and uploaded them on its website.
