The company's Registrar & Transfer Agent, Cameo Corporate Services Limited, has confirmed that security certificates received from depository participants for dematerialization were processed within 15 days of receipt.

During the quarter, the security certificates received and accepted for dematerialization were duly verified, mutilated, and cancelled. Following this, the names of the depositories were substituted in the Register of Members as the registered owners.
