Banka BioLoo Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Designated Persons, and their Immediate Relatives. This closure will be effective from Thursday, 1 January 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31 December 2025. During this period, the specified individuals are advised not to engage in any trading activities, including buying or selling, of the Company's securities. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated in due course. This measure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct.
