Bank of Maharashtra has announced a change in its directorship. Shri Rohit Rishi has ceased to be the Executive Director of the Bank, effective February 3, 2026. This change follows his appointment as the Managing Director at India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL). The information was conveyed to the exchanges as per the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India notification dated February 3, 2026. The bank has informed the stock exchanges in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
