Bank of India has announced the full redemption of its 9.04% BOI Additional Tier I Bonds Series VI (ISIN No.INE084A08136) amounting to ₹750 crores. The bank exercised its call option for this redemption. The redemption date was January 28, 2026. The bank also paid broken period interest amounting to ₹56,09,75,427. This action was taken pursuant to Regulation 57 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
