The board will consider a proposal for the Second Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026. Additionally, the board will consider the record date, if any, for the purpose of the Second Interim Dividend for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026. 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 2nd March, 2026 until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
