Balkrishna Industries Limited (BIL) announced that its officials will be interacting with investors in Singapore. The meetings are scheduled to take place on February 5, 2026, starting at 12:00 pm Singapore Standard Time, and on February 6, 2026, from 10:00 am onwards. These interactions, organized by JM Financial, will include one-on-one and group meetings.

The company stated that during these discussions, it will refer only to publicly available documents and no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be disclosed. BIL also noted that changes to the schedule may occur due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of the participants or the company.
