Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company Limited has submitted a certificate pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The certificate was issued by M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd., the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The RTA confirmed that during the quarter ended March 31, 2026, all securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation were processed and confirmed to the depositories. The security certificates received were mutilated and cancelled after due verification, and the names of the depositories were substituted in the register of members as the registered owners within the stipulated timelines.
