The window will remain shut until two days after the declaration of the company's unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31 December 2025. The company has stated that the date of the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated in due course. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal Code of Conduct for trading by designated persons.
