Bajaj Healthcare Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Umeshkumar Laxmidas Bhavsar as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive Independent Director category. The decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and was approved through a resolution passed by circulation on January 13, 2026.

Mr. Bhavsar's appointment is for an initial term of five consecutive years, commencing from January 13, 2026, and will extend until January 12, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. He has confirmed his compliance with the criteria for independence as per Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 16 of the Listing Regulations. Furthermore, he has affirmed that he has not been debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.

Mr. Umeshkumar Laxmidas Bhavsar is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in sectors including real estate, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and consulting. He previously held a significant role in financial leadership at Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited for over 15 years and is currently a Designated Partner at RUHN Global Advisory LLP, focusing on corporate and business strategic advisory services. He is not related to any existing Directors of Bajaj Healthcare Limited.
